Spencer that is GReat!!!
Good job Spencer! Very impressive . . . (I was going to comment you but still haven't figured out how to make the computer do that!) Things here are slow fitness wise. Grant and myself faithfully keep track. Dad most of the time but Ian's musical put him behind. I think we all need the extra nudge that spring will bring!!!

V6 Boulder Route DONE!
So, I don't know how everyone has been at keeping track of individual goals, but last week I climbed my first V6 boulder route at the Quarry, fulfilling my long-term physical goal. I may set another in conjunction having to do with lead climbing as I am focusing a bit more on that now. Hope you all are staying fit!

Zumba rumba!
For my NEW activity for the week I attended a ZUMBA class at Gorham recreation. I'm not hooked by any means but
it was pretty fun and a fair workout. I find I am getting pretty particular about my workouts - they have to be hard - make me sweat and feel exhausted - or it doesn't seem to "count" for me. Anyway - did anyone else try anything new and exciting? How are your points coming? Grant and I both got 33 last week!!!

here's ALL my trash from last week! The ONLY thing i threw 'away' was a paper towel. I forgot. I had to hunt down a way to compost though, as most of my trash was food (apple cores/eggshells) Reusing plastic is very very easy I've found. Also recycling containers.
PS: On a sidenote i made yogurt from milk, applesauce fromm apples, granola and great protein bars this week. A success!

Special Tithing Blessings!
Hey, if you have paid your tithing for the month of January - give yourself 2 bonus points! Getting in the habit of
paying on fast Sunday is a great way to keep current with the Lord.

Tofu Artichokes Choy!
We tried a few new food stuffs here in ME this week. The little boys agreed to try "artichokes" as their new food.
We just boiled one up and with butter - it was alright although Mason kept giving us strange "I can't believe I'm eating this" looks. We used bok choy this week in a nice thai vegetable mix. Mom ventured into the tofu realm and was disappointed this time around. We didn't try any amazing recipes but rather used a basic "fried tofu" recipe off of the internet. I won't post it - wouldn't recommend. I'm still struggling to get the tofu vision . . . but haven't given up yet.
